Learn How to Circular Breathe Circular breathing is a playing technique which allows you to continually play the didgeridoo without the sound stopping. This technique takes some time to develop but once you begin to play in this manner you will begin to experience the instrument on a whole new level. Circular breathing is what enables you to fully relax while playing and you will not run out of breath. This technique also enables many of the healing aspects associated with the didgeridoo such as the cure for snores and aleviating sleep apnea. |
