Learn How to Circular Breathe Circular breathing is a playing technique which allows you to continually play the didgeridoo without the sound stopping. This technique takes some time to develop but once you begin to play in this manner you will begin to experience the instrument on a whole new level. Circular breathing is what enables you to fully relax while playing and you will not run out of breath. This technique also enables many of the healing aspects associated with the didgeridoo such as the cure for snores and aleviating sleep apnea. |

Expand Your Rhythms This lesson also contains a variety of intermediate rhythms to learn. These rhythms will introduce new accents and approaches to playing the didgeridoo. You will also begin to focus on developing your own rhythms. |

Intermediate Lesson Bonuses! There are two bonuses that come with this intermediate lesson. The first is the digital metronome. This metronome is an essential tool for practicing and developing strong rhythmic patterns with the didge. This digital metronome is configured to work with both Macs and PC computers. The second included bonus are the audio files from Sangha Didge Sessions Workshop. This workshop was a three week series that I taught to a group of didgeridoo players. This bonus puts you in the room to learn from the group session.
